Canine Humane Network is a 501(c)(3) non-profit dog rescue & humane training organization, founded in Howard County, Maryland.
Our mission is to rescue dogs of all breeds and ages, give them care and sanctuary, and ensure placement in loving, responsible homes - and to enable a strong connection between dogs and people through humane education and training.
